Setting the Pace
MAREN Construction Making Waves in Atlanta
It’s only been three years since we went from a dream to reality, so it is very exciting to be recognized already by the Atlanta Business Chronicle with a 2024 Pacesetter Award. Our company landed in the #5 spot on the top 100 list of Atlanta’s fastest-growing privately held companies, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
Our President, Andy Weber, says, "We're beyond thrilled to receive this Pacesetter Award and to be in such great company. A massive shoutout to our awesome team, clients, and partners—your support has been key to our success. We're excited for the road ahead and look forward to celebrating many more milestones together!”
Among our company’s many projects, for instance, was building a showroom for Interior Environment’s Atlanta expansion, an MRI suite for Prenuvo, and a new regional office for Sovos, a tax and regulatory software compliance company.
“We have found our niche and it is serving us well. We enjoy helping other businesses realize their interior construction vision,” says Hank Maxwell, Business Development leader.
Our ability to do this kind of construction work is steeped in the long history all three partners have in the construction industry. Weber worked at Brasfield & Gorrie for almost 13 years followed by a long stint at DPR Construction, where he led the Atlanta office’s interiors group. Maxwell also had nearly a decade at DPR, as well as nearly 15 years at R.J. Griffin & Co. Hunt, who has a degree in civil and environmental engineering from Georgia Tech, also worked at Brasfield & Gorrie and DPR.
With this solid foundation in place, our MAREN team looks forward to the future.
“As we look ahead, we will continue to build on our company culture and live the values that have brought us success to date,” reflects Elliot Hunt, Operations Manager.
